El Mero Necio were on-hand to present David Lee Garza with the iHeart Icon Award at the San Antonio Stock Show & Rodeo Cook-Off. The Tejano artist and legend was recognized for his influence and impact in music altogether. Garza’s discography is made up of hits that have transcended generations, genres, and borders.
